Returns
Standard Returns (30 Days)
Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
- Eligible on all unused, non-intimate items
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Proof of purchase is required
What Can’t Be Returned
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personal care items (e.g. hair brushes, face masks)
- Silk pillowcases returned outside the 100-night trial
Exchanges
Exchanges (30 Days)
Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
- We offer exchanges for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items received
- Items can also be exchanged for a different colour or variation (subject to stock)
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges
Returning A Gift
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, we’ll issue a store credit
- If the gift was sent to the buyer, the refund goes back to the original purchaser
- Please provide proof of purchase or order number if possible
- Gift returns must follow the same condition guidelines as standard returns
