Returns Overview
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase, unless stated otherwise below
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and liners must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Intimate & Wearable Products (Hygiene Policy)
For hygiene reasons, the following products are subject to strict return conditions:
Includes: Lyocell sleepwear, silk sleep masks, scrunchies, bonnets, turbans, and silk-lined shower caps
- Must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Tags must remain attached
- Try-on is permitted over underwear only
- Returns showing signs of wear, scent, makeup, deodorant, or washing will not be accepted
100-Night Risk-Free Trial (Silk Pillowcases Only)
Sleep on our silk pillowcases for 100 nights. If you don’t love it, you may return it within the trial period.
- Applies to silk pillowcases only
- One trial return per household
- Pillowcase must be returned in reasonable condition
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
- The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or clearance items
- Bath salts & essential oils bundles
- Silk-lined hoodies
- Makeup brush sets
- Monogrammed or personalised items
- Items returned without original tags or liners
- Worn, washed, or altered items
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Exchanges (30 Days)
- Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
Eligible Exchanges
- Faulty or incorrect items
- A different colour or variation (subject to stock availability)
Exchange Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must meet the same hygiene requirements outlined above
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges

- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, an approved return will be issued as store credit
- If the gift was sent to the purchaser, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Proof of purchase or order number is required
