With all the chaos that is unfolding in the world today, it is normal to be overcome with stress and anxiety. Here are some tips to try when anxiety begins to take hold.

  

Deep Breathing

Meditation

Move your body

Just 30 minutes of exercise each day can reduce anxiety and improve your mood. It doesn’t have to be anything too vigorous, a short walk around the block will do the trick.

 

3-3-3 Rule

When you begin to feed your anxiety taking over, try this technique: Observe your surroundings, name three things you see, three things your head and three parts of your body. This is a great way of calming and re-focusing.
