Express Post: For same day despatch please have your order to us by midday. We've brought this forward slightly to ensure we can send them all out same day. 

Aus Post: Aus Post have implemented social distancing deliveries. They will deliver your order and sign for you in your presence to limit contact. Again their focus is on the health and safety of their team and keeping operational so bear that in mind. Thanks in advance. There are currently longer than usual shipping delays within the national and global shipping networks. Please check your tracking links and contact Australia Post for regular updates. Australia post have reported significant delays within their network due to stage 4 restrictions in Melbourne.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer free express shipping on all orders over $100, for all orders under $100 a standard shipping fee of $7.95 will be applied at the cart. 

WHEN WILL MY SHHH SILK ORDER BE PROCESSED?

Orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed, you will receive a shipping update as soon as your order has been shipped. 

If you personalised your products, please allow an additional 5 business days for personalisation. 

*Please note: should we experience a higher than usual volume of sales, your items may be placed on back order. If this occurs we will notify you via email with your estimated shipping date. 

Christmas Shipping Timeframe:

Send as early as possible and at least by our recommended dates, so that your gifts have the best chance of arriving in time. 

We recommend sending your Christmas gifts by the below dates and as early as possible. We’ll deliver items sent after these dates as quickly as we can, but they may not arrive until after Christmas.

Standard Shipping Christmas cut-off date is: 13 December

Express Shipping Christmas cut-off date is:  20 December

International Christmas deliveries may be affected by factors beyond our control, like customs delays, overseas postal disruptions, and COVID-19 restrictions in other countries. We recommend sending as early as you can.
