Beautiful, High-Quality Products & Even BETTER Customer Service!

Due to COVID and my distance from the shipping location, it took a little extra time for my package to get to me, which I completely understand. As a healthcare worker wearing a mask all day, my skin care has taken a hit and I was thrilled to get my silk pillow case to help out my skin and hair. Unfortunately, when my package was delivered, it was either stolen or lost in transit. I contacted customer service who replaced my package immediately and even helped me make changes to my order. With my large dogs who have no concept of personal space, I wash my sheets and pillowcases A LOT (like 4 times a week…they like to cuddle) and my pillowcase has held up impeccably with the washes (gentle cycles and natural detergent, ladies), even better than my boyfriend’s linen pillowcase that was more expensive (but not quite as good for skin and hair!). I wear my scrunchies every single day and they stay in place and are sooo cute and fashionable. I am thrilled with Shh Silk’s products and ecstatic at their customer service. I will continue to recommend their company to my friends & family and urge you to indulge yourself! Your skin & hair will thank you :)

Good but could be great!

The pillowcase is beautiful... I love love my beautiful gray pillowcase, but it took forever to receive, like two months, I’d love to order more, but would hate to wait. I also ordered a sleep mask and requested large block monogram in hot pink...well I received my ivory sleep mask with no monogram!
My pillowcases and sleep mask was delivered together so I’m giving 3 stars

Very happy

So far, I love love love it. There is a noticeable improvement when I wake up in the morning with both my skin and hair. So much smoother, less hair “fixing” required and fewer breakouts too. I didn’t 100% believe the claims I’ve heard from others would be real for me, but they totally are. I picked this brand over another very popular silk pillowcase brand specifically because it has a zipper on the side to ensure the silk case doesn’t slip off in the night, which I’ve dealt with in the past. I’m not disappointed, and washing it has also been fairly easy. My only wish is that Shhh Silk might be able to look in the future to manufacturing somewhere that has a somewhat better record on sustainability, workers, and the environment than PRC.
